Literacy (Richfield)

My name is Annie Danner, and I have been working in public education for the past ten years.  I began teaching first grade after graduating from Central MO State University, with my bachelor’s degree in elementary/early childhood education.  I received my master’s degree in literacy education from Park University.  For the past two years, I have worked as a Title I reading teacher for the North Kansas City School District in Kansas City, MO.  My love is helping students become lifelong learners through reading, and I am so excited to be working with your students as the literacy specialist this year at Seven Hills Preparatory Academy.  This is my first year with Seven Hills, but I already have great reverence and am honored to be a part of this community.
